How to change attachment preferences

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: Exchange

We just upgraded to Leopard (OS X.5) but am still using Entourage 2004. All email attachments now automatically open in Preview instead of the program in which they were created, which is how they used to open. How can I change this?

Did you ever find an answer to your question? I have the same problem now that i just upgraded my MAC OS, attachments open in Mac's text editor!
