How to change cell highlight contrast/color in Excel v.X Mac

The cell highlight contrast/color default in Excel v.X Mac on OS X
makes it very difficult to see which cell/cell range is highlighted, the
contrast is very poor. How can you change it.?

10.1.5 applied.
