How to Change Cube Build User Account?

I need to change the current cube build to a different user, currently it is
a Domain User with very limited access. I'm not sure how he got assigned as
the cube builder account in PWA '07.

If I kick the job off my self it shows the domain account but on the
scheduled times it shows his.

Where do I change it at?
