How to change cursor appearance

If you click in a table cell in Word you get a thin vertical
line showing the insertion point. Can the appearance of this
insertion point cursor be changed via vba or through some Word
setting.

Agreed - that cloverleaf cursor would be perfect for my userform that
helps guide the user to the nearest pub with Guinness... :)
