How to change default "from" name when I send email

I started out using the trial version of Office 2004 for Mac, and
whenever I sent an email, the "from" or "sender" name was always
"Office 2004 Test Drive User" instead of my name. After deleting the
Test Drive version and purchasing the real thing (full standard
edition) I installed it, but even now the "Sender" name is always
"Office 2004 Test Drive User" just like before. Does anyone know how
to fix this? I can't find how to do it anywhere in Entourage or
elsewhere.

Check Tools --> Accounts. Check the Name field in each account.
