how to change default settings on folder list on the navigation co

My entire folder list has gone awry. I need to delete the whole of the
default folders and re-instate them. Please tell me how to do this.

Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to add a new PST and make it the delivery
location. Exactly how is version-specific and you declined to include that
information.
