how to change dictionary

I wuld like to know how to change the custom dictionary. Apparently I just
have English instaled and I cannot get Spanish. So the questions are:
How can I have two or more dictionaries of different languages?
How to install an additional dictionary? Should I change the custom.dic file?
If yes, where can I downoad it?

What's available depends very much on the version of Word / Office you have?
