how to change font color in my email

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I would like to know how I can set Entourage up so that as a default my email messages are composed in a different color. I know where to set the font style and size, but not the color.

As an example, let us say that i wanted to set it up so that my emails were typed and sent out in Navy. So what I want is as soon as i open a new email (or click reply) that when i type, it starts doing this directly in Navy. (At the moment, i have to highlight the message and click on the color bar and chose Navy.)

There is no setting for this. You could create a template to use.
