how to change font in incoming mail---

Somehow I managed to chg the incoming font ...and I have checked every drop
down menu....does anyone know how to get it back to a font...the issue is
that it is challening to visually tell which emails have been read and
not...thanks Arny Katz Abq NM

Tools, then Options and click on Mail Format tab.

Your post is too vague. To which view and which field are you referring? To
which version of Outlook are you referring? The format of received messages
is determined by the sender not the recipient.
