how to change it into executable

Can anyone tell me hwo to change an Access file (with
table, forms,queries and reports) into an executable file.

You can't. An Access file needs MSAccess.exe to run the database
application.

If you want users without Access to be able to run your database
application, you need the Microsoft Office Developer's Edition (A2K / A2K2)
or the Access Developer's Extensions that can create an installation package
that installs your database file and the Access run-time files on the target
PC so that the user can use your database application. Note that this means
that the user will have Access software installed on the PC, admitted a
run-time version that have all the design features disabled.
