Hi Robin,
do you want only another folder in the same PST or do you want a complete
new PST as delivery folder?
If you want a new PST file as delivery folder maybe this information could
be helpfull:
You can change the the delivery PST file:
Change the mail delivery location on your new computer to be the default
..pst file you copied above
Right-click your default .pst file, and then click Properties for default
..pst file name on the shortcut menu.
Click Deliver POP mail to this personal folders file.
Quit Outlook.
Restart Outlook, and click Yes when you receive the message about the
changed message delivery location
