How to change maximum units in Resource Pool for shared MS Projec.

When I change "max. units" in the resources list for a shared resource pool,
and add "notes" to a resource, this is always reset to 100% and the notes
are deleted when I reopen the master project. I would like to set max. units
to 200% or 300% or more for multiple people with the same skill set.

Are you making the changes in the shared resource pool file?
