Assuming it's the one set up for your account.

Tools > Email Accounts > View > Select the account > Change > enter your
pasword > Finish

Tools-->E-mail Accouts
Select View or Change existing account
Select the account and click Change
There you can edit logon information to match what your POP server is
expecting.

This depends on what you mean. If you mean that you have changed your POP
mail account password and wish to tell Outlook about the change, then
Richard and William's advice is what you want. If you mean that you want to
change your POP mail password, then you can't use Outlook. Outlook won't
change your mail account password for you. You must use whetever method
your ISP supports to do that and then you William's or RIchard's advice to
tell Outlook what the new password is.
