How to change outlook nickname

Hi..

My environment; Windows 2003 Std (AD), Exchange 2003 std and Outlook 2003
(SP2).

My outlook nickname displays the user name, e.g., David Seah C.K. <david.seah>

I have deleted the *.NK2 file and recreated the new one, it shows the same
displays name. How can I change it to display the full name only ?
