How to change permanently the find view? (add FROM & TO fields)

I would like to change permanently the default view of the Outlook advanced
find function so that it will be automatically applied when I invoke the find
function.

Outlook provides no way to do that.

Not possible but you might be able to mimic the query with a Search Folder
instead.
