How to change pics saved as word docs to bit map?

I had some pictures of my motorcycle saved under a word document. Now I want
to use those pictures to post my motorcycle on Craig's List, but I can't
retreive my pics from the word document. And I can't drag the pics, or cut
and paste the pics into a different program, to enable me to attach the pics
to my Craig's List ad. Any info would be helpful. I am also trying to
figure out how to take a picture of the word document and try to open it
under a different program, but I can't find out how to do that either.
