I have a digital picture saved to my camera with resolution 72*72 DPI and I
want to chance the resolution 240*320 DPI or 320*240 DPI. Please how can I do
that?

Not in Microsoft Office you won't. You will need a graphics program.
While this can be done. Please understand that "changing the resolution"
will NOT improve the picture. It will merely divide each dot of color
into 4 dots (or 16)of the same color.

Two free imaging programs, Irfanview and XnView have an option for
resizing/resampling. You can Google for the URLs. You need to understand that
you can't add information that isn't there in the first place. Resampling will
alleviate the "blocky" pixellated look of an enlarged image, but at the expense
of "sharpness" since it must use average values to increase the number of
pixels.
