how to change selected (highlighted) text bar color

V

vwh01

I think I have come across the place to change the color of selected
text before, but can't seem to find it now.

Here is my problem, say you add a dark background image to a slide then
of course you want the text color to be white... The highlight bar is
also white, so when you select your text to make a change, you can't
see it. Does this make sense? There has to be a way to change the text
select color...

Thanks!

The background color ' that is set in powerpoint ' affects how things look
when you edit text.

changing it to gray sorts of most things... better still change it to the
same colour as your dark background image.
