How to change sent Entourage name from Microsoft Test Drive 2004 U

I used the 2004 Office test Drive for a few days before buying Office 2008
Student edition.

When I send emails to other people my sent name is Office 2004 Test Drive
User and then my email address. How do I remove the Office 2004 Test Drive
User bit?
