How to change Speech Recognition from English US to English UK?

I am using Word 2003. My default language settings is English UK. When
using speech recognition/dictation the language changes to English US which
results in curious and sometimes obscure interpretation of what I have
actualy said. I have completed several, but not all of the training sessons.
Any ideas ?@

Hi Te,

Unfortunately the only English dialect that the built in
Speech to Text uses is U.S. English.
