How to change starting time?

Hello All,

In Change Working Time window, I change the Standard to 24 hours(Project
calender) and From and To both to 0:00. In Tool > Option > Schedule > View
tab, I set the Default start time and Default End time to 0:00 as well.
However when I add a task, it always start from 8:00. Could anybody tell me
why?

Another question is about the time scale of Gantt Chart. Be default it is by
week and the by day. How can I make it by end and then by hours? My project
cis 4 days. Accurate calculation is not my concern however meeting deadline
is. A clear view of the schedule will help us in the meeting and presenting
very much.

Hi,

1. If your project already existed, project start time is already set to
8:00
Project, Project information, change Project start time (you can always
specify time of day as 27/01/08 00:00)
For new projects the default will apply

2. Format, Timescale.
