How to change the background of the whole application? Maybe too difficult?

Hi,

I am trying to add a background picture not to the form or report or a
control. I want it to be displayed in the main application window.
That is, all forms and reports should be float on that picture, and
when every open window is closed, the background is shown. So, what I
need is really to put the picture into the "background".

Has any one of you tried that before? Please let me know. Thank you.
