i have an ibm keypad on my laptop. near the buttom of the keyboard are three
buttons: two are red and one is blue. until today i could press the blue
button and a black cross in a circle would appear and i could scroll
documents automatically, be it the on the web or on microsoft office.
now i do not get that black cross in a circle. i get a small rectangular
form with an up and a down arrow and i have to keep my finger pressed on the
blue key all the time i want to scroll, ie it does not do it automatically
anymore.
how can i return to the black cross in a circle and auto scroll? i have gone
to the mouse options in the control panel and that does not work, despite it
having the drawing and the word scroll there.
thanks, tiptoe
