How to change the projects' name with PWA

Please, could anybody help me with how to change the name of my projects via
Project Web Access.

I'm using Project Server 2003.

recognize your request".

you want to download the Project Server 2003: Rename Project Tool - do
a google search on "Project Server 2003: Rename Project Tool" and it
comes up.
