How to change the server timeout option??

I have a lot of trouble when trying to send attachments larger that
around 500 kB, which is pretty annoying
Actually I have a really complicated solution here (PC dials in on a
DSL landline and receives data by satelite, and provides the
connection on the LAN for some Macs).
Now our SkyDSL ISP told me to solve the problem by just increasing the
"server timeout" time in Outlook (he doesn't know I work on a Mac).
Usually Outlook and Entourage are quite similar, but I don't find that
option anywhere...!?

ASAIK, there is no way to do this. I'll ask and get back if I find an
answer.
