How to change the spacing in dividing segments in process flow?

Using Visio 2002 SR-1, I have my process flow divided up on one sheet into
three different sections separated by a line between them. I have a new to
increase and decrease the width of each of the divisions. I have been unable
to change them. How do I do that?
