Most ISP's have a webmail interface that enables you to access your messages
from anywhere in the world using a standard browser. It has no link to your home
PC or Outlook, except that if you delete any mail from the server you won't be
able to download it when you get home.

You'll need Remote Desktop Connection, VNC, GoToPMyPC or some other remote
control tool to see what's on your PC. FOr messages not yet picked up by
your PC, you can use your ISP's web mail interface.
