how to check the date an appointment was set up?

i set up an appointment awhile ago on my outlook and i want to know what date
i made it on.

If you know the subject or any other pertinent information about the
appointment you could do an advance search to locate it.

To get to the advanced find. Select Tools - Find - Advanced Find.

Open the item and use File->Properties.

Ooops mis-read your question. Thought it said you could not find the
appointment not that you wanted to know when it was made.
