How to chg Contact flag default time of 4pm?

I want to change the default time when setting a flag for
follow up. It is now 4pm. How can I change this to 8am or
whatever?

The default follow-up time corresponds to the value you have set in the
"End Time" box under Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Calendar Work
Week. You'd have to change that value to change the default time for
the follow-up flag. You can always change the time for the flag
manually each time, but you probably already knew that...it's your only
alternative, though.

It amazes me that Microsoft engineers never thought that
different users would want to set different default times
based on their individual needs and that this time should
be independent of end time.
