How to clean up non-working time activities in the timesheet?

Few years ago, our company upgraded to 2003. There are still
non-working time activities in the timesheet. We want to get rid of
these activities because it introduces errors from the users. I have
tried to clean up the timesheet with the "PWA>Admin>Clean up Project
Server database>Projects and To-do-Lists>Non-Project Time" utility, but
it does not help.
Any idea?
