How to clear FTP info from FrontPage to publish to a 2nd site?

How can I clear FrontPage memory so I can publish distinct websites through
my FrontPage program?

I work on several websites through my FrontPage, and now need to publish
them through an FTP rather than directly to the server. Each one I publish
tries to overwrite, rather than going to its own location.

not sure exactly what you are saying...but

Open FP
File | Open Web/Site (the one you want to publish)
File | Publish Web/Site and select the location you want to publish TO
(don't use the Publish button on the toolbar since that will publish to the
last location)
