How to clear Outlook "To" field memory

R

Rafael

I've changed servers for my users a few times given that I just finished a
migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Now when the user types an
internal user's name the one in memory some times is the one pointing to the
old server and so NDR are generated for the user (the message bounces back).

Is there a way to clear this list once and for all?

Thanks,

Rafael

Delete the .nk2 file and the entire autoresolution list will be gone, to be
regenerated by Outlook.
