how to close outlook to install an email addon, (INCREDIMAIL-back.

when trying to install the addon I keep getting a message that outlook is
still running. I have tried closing everything I feel is outlook related with
no success, help!!

Hi,
Looks like Outlook.exe might not have gone out from the process list and is
still running in the background. Try restarting the machine and then install
Business Contact Manager.
Hope this solves your problem.
