Hi, would appreciate if anyone can help as to how I can close up the calender
that is located in the middle of the Window Calender (microsoft office home &
student 2007 edition). I just wan to view the navigation & details pane since
a calender is already found in the navigation pane.

Pls help. Thanks!

hi Diane

Thanks for your prompt reply. The 'calender' I meant is the one where you
can choose to view it in: day, work week, week or month. It is located at the
centre of the screen. The 'Details pane' is on the right side of the screen.

Thanks
J.woon

you mean the big calendar grid or the list of appointments in the t-do bar?

There is no details pane - I assume you mean the to-do bar, possibly the
reading pane (although few use it on the calendar). Anyway, it doesn't
really matter because the Day/Week/Month grid can't be removed, other than
by switching to a different view. (View menu) Something will always be in
that location. You can make it narrower by moving the vertical bars.

What does this have to do with Outlook? Windows Calendar is not Outlook and
Office Home and Student 2007 doesn't contain Outlook. Look in
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general

Hi,
Yes, I'm not using Outlook. I'm using Windows Mail which contains Windows
Canlender. That's where I use to record my tasks. Thanks.

Yes, I can't resize the panels. It'll be good if that can be done... Many
thanks!

Well, you still can’t close the calendar grid and I don't think you can
resize the side panes.

Then why would you ask a question in a newsgroup unrelated to the software
you're using? Go to the Vista newsgroups, as I said.
