How to combine Outlook Express with Outlook Connector?

I can download....which opens the new Outlook Office Connector from my
hotmail. I can open the file from my hard drive. I have even pinned it to
my start menu. It always does the wizard thing. Is there a way to pin it to
the start menu and open like any other program? Maybe even merge/update my
old Outlook Express with this new one?

The connector doesn't work with Outlook Express. It works with Outlook. You
install it and then open outlook to use it.
