I have MS Outlook 2003 with 2003 Business Contact Manager. I have set up two
different databases with different names and now want only one database for
everything. I need to know how to combine the two databases into one.

Export from one database, to a BCM file. Import that file into the
second db.

Won't that solution work? If you export one and import it into the
other, then the second database will have the contact information for
both. After that, it's just a matter of setting all instances of BCM
to use the second database. It's shouldn't really matter whether or
not the database was BCM, Access, Excel, or any of that; the process
is the same (and probably much simpler and more reliable because
you're starting with a BCM database).

THANK YOU !!! Your solution performed the needed operation and saved me a lot
of time and your response is very much appreciated. I had been stressing
over this for days!! I think Luther was telling me the same thing but I just
didn't get it yet.
