how to compare 2 word document's difference(txt diff)?

I have 2 Word Documents. I just want to find out the text differences
between them. I mean to check what was added on or deleted away compare to
the other one. So how
to compare these two Word documents by any means?

Hi Paul,

The results can depend on the version of Word that
you have and how significant the changes were for
Word to be able to differentiate some of them but
you can use Tools=>Compare... in Word as a start.
