Eeeewwww.... Excel does not have a "Compare Documents" function.
But Word does... This is messy, but it works...
Use File>Save As to save both worksheets as "Space delimited Text (.prn)"
Now open one of them in Word, and use Tools Compare Documents to compare it
with the other.
Each difference will be marked in red.

I have an old inventory and a new inventory and I want to compare the two
spreadsheets. I want to see what rows are on one spreadsheet and not on the
other and I also want to see what rows have differences between the two
documents.
