how to (completely) unload VBVSL Adapter?

I am using the VBVSL adapter from Graham Wideman's book
all is running fine and my functions are performing the way I want...

When Visio is loaded and after first use, the associated dll get locked.

I have added a menuitem to my program to unload the VBVSL, but it doesn't
unload completely. the dll still is locked and I need to close Visio to
unlock.

Is anyone using the VBVSL adapter aswell and knows how to unload it
completely
(from within the VBVSL) ? I am using the VBVSL_twoaddons variant from the
Visio 2002 survival guide...
