How to configure outlook mobile services in 2003

Dear Sir,

My company using MS Outlook 2003 exchange mail server. I would like to
configure Outllok mobile Service for my pourpose..Pls help me.

Here I list out My doubts

It is server or client oriented?
It need any additional pack ?
Will it affect any of our live configuration?
Which mobile network are accept OMS?
