How to connect a subordinate to multiple superior shapes

I have several employees who report to more than one supervisor. When I try
to connect a free connection point to a second supervisor, it disconnects
the previously connected supervisor. How can I connect a subordinate to
multiple superiors?

You can use the "Dotted-line report" connector, but not the Dynamic
connector, otherwise the Org Chart Addin will kick-in....
