Please tell me how to connect microsoft group to msoutlook.
Especially once I setup I reached to : News (NNTP) server in setup wizard
of msoutlook. This place I am confused.

Another issue : once I click the option, Notify me of replies
I am not receiving any mail to my mail address.
I can get reply and access only thru microsoft
newsgroup.

Outlook has no newsreader capability
Newsgroups can be accessed in Outlook Express or Windows Mail

Not possible (unless you want to buy an add-on, like Newshound or the one
from Mapilab).

What is Usenet:

When using a webnews-for-dummies interface, like Microsoft's Communities or
Google Groups or a forum-to-Usenet proxy, those are gateways to Usenet.
Despite the appearance of a forum, you are participating in a newsgroup (aka
Usenet).

There is no such wizard in Outlook. There is no support for NNTP in
Outlook. Never has been. Probably never will be since corporations are not
clamoring for Microsoft to facilitate their employees to waste time in
newsgroups versus doing their jobs.

Not an issue with Outlook. You are using the webnews-for-dummies interface
through a web browser (not Outlook) that Microsoft uses with a gateway to
Usenet to pretend they have forums.
I am not receiving any mail to my mail address.
I can get reply and access only thru microsoft
newsgroup.

Did you use the webmail interface to your e-mail account to your
unidentified e-mail provider to check if e-mails are getting delivered
there? Did you check the other webmail folders other than Inbox? Is the
server-side spam filter set to immediate delete or hold spam/junk items?
You never mentioned HOW you access your e-mail client: POP, IMAP, Exchange,
or HTTP/Deltasync. POP can only see the Inbox folder shown in the webmail
interface to your e-mail account.

Microsoft's webnews-for-dummies gateway to Usenet is not reliable. Use an
NNTP client to access Usenet, like Outlook Express, Thunderbird, XNews,
Xananews, Mesnews, or whatever NNTP-capable client you like.

Microsoft's NNTP server only carries the microsoft.public.* newsgroups. If
you want other newsgroups, you will need to use another NNTP server. A few
are free (but only carry non-binary newsgroups).
