how to connect my media centre to digibox

Hi, I have windows vista home premium edition. I am trying to connect my pc
to my N.T.L. [now virgin] digibox. So I can get digital TV and radio on the
media centre. My computer has digital/analogue TV tuner PCI card. Does
anyone know what hardware I need and what connections I need to make
between digibox and computer and with what connection devices. Please get
back to me and I will answer any questions you need to know about my
connection points on back of comp. and back of my N.T.L. digibox .I reside
in the uk. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION.
