How to connect words in different rows

Sharon

I copied a range of cells from Excel to Word, got rid of the gridlines, but
would now like to connect the words in the cells together. For example, I
have it set up like this from Excel:

100000;
110000;
120000;
130000;
140000;

I would like it to look like this without having to do it manually, as I
have a few hundred numbers to work with:

100000;110000;120000;130000;140000;

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Select the column of text and Use Edit>Replace and insert ^p in the Find
what box and put a space (press the spacebar) in the Replace with box.
Click on No when asked if you want to continue the replace in the rest of
the document.

Hope this helps.
