how to control the size of the file it keeps multiplying even if i type 2
lines also, before it shows 2 mb after typing 2 lines it shows 3 MB

You probably need to tell us a bit more.

Which version of Excel?
What features does the workbook contain?
Have you applied formatting to entire columns and then deleted some
rows?
If on each worksheet you do Ctrl+End do you end up unexpectedly far
below or to the right of the useful information in the worksheet?
