how to convert a pdf into a word file

Graham,
I apologize about that,I am so desperate in finding a
solution, my idea was that by displaying this message in
different places, hopefully would bring better ideas.

But please remember that I already have the pdf file and
would like to convert it into a word file.
Any indication would be highly appreciated

Adobe 6.0 allows you to convert a PDF file created from native format back
into rtf (rich text).
