reader does not need to open anything and not have Word on their PC
If it's only one page or a few, try Snagit from
www.techsmith.com (there's a
free trial, and you'll probably find it so useful that you'll buy it).
Probably a better alternative, especially if the document is larger, would be to
create a PDF file instead of JPG. Almost everyone has Adobe Reader already. If
you have Word 2007, the PDF converter is a free download from Microsoft; if it's
an earlier version, there are many free-to-download PDF printers such as CutePDF
or PrimoPDF, as well as online converters such as
www.pdfonline.com.
