How to convert an Outlook sound file to mp3 format?

It is handy to make voice recordings on my iPAQ, which uses Outlook Notes.
However, I would like to convert the Outlook sound file to mp3 format, to
make it more useful and usable by associates who don't use Microsoft Outlook.
Has anyone found a means by which to do the converstion?

Wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup supports Microsoft Office Outlook. Outlook
on Windows Mobile is supported in the Windows Mobile newsgroup.
