how to convert ARCHIVE.pst to OUTLOOK 2003 format

Glyn

My Archive.pst is stored on a separate drive. I have recently installed
Outlook 2003. When I try to modify my Archive file I recive a message
indicating it has reached max size and I should use the new Outlook personal
folder.pst for greater capacity. Probably very simple but please how do I
convert my current Archive.pst
Thanks

Unfortunately not that simple because an old format (ANSI) .PST file can't
be converted to the new Unicode format. You'll need to create a new format
file then copy the messages and folders into the new file. Note that I said
"Copy" (drag and drop works fine) the messages and folders, do NOT Import
them as this very often causes profile corruption.

There is at least one third-party tool that can do the job.
