How to convert OLE 6.0 to OL 2003

I have been utilizing OLE 6 (WinXP Pro Sp2) and now want to start using my
Dell installed OL 2003 (part of MS Office Basic).

Can/how do I get my contact/address information and my exisiting OLE
e-mails/folders into OL?

Also, I'm on Comcast broadband. Can I continue to use both programs, or do
I have to disable? OLE ?

In OE, export your MAIL only to Outlook. In Outlook, import SETTINGS and
ADDRESSBOOK only. Do NOT import your email from within Outlook otherwise you
will lose sent dates amongst other things.

You can continue to use both Outlook and Outlook Express.

But only one can be the default email client.
